The office building at 55 Hudson Yards will be occupied by acclaimed tenants, including MarketAxess; Point72; Silver Lake; Cooley LLP; Milbank; Boies, Schiller & Flexner; Third Point; Arosa Capital Management; Engineers Gate; Maison Kayser; Mount Sinai; Cognizant; Stonepeak; and Nokota Management, LP. The mixed-use tower at 35 Hudson Yards will feature exclusive for-sale residences, an Equinox branded luxury hotel, fitness club and spa, SoulCycle, plus office and ground floor retail space. The Western Rail Yard Platform will be built to serve as a foundation upon which future buildings will be constructed – similar to the Eastern Rail Yard Platform which has already been completed. Pre-development and construction of Hudson Yards Phase 3 began in January 2015 and is expected to be completed by late 2019.
